The Company is qualified to maintain heating and air-conditioning systems operated by liquid, aeriform and gaseous fluid, meeting the requirements for the “third party responsible for the operation and maintenance of thermal systems” even for systems with a capacity of more than 350 kW.

Crim is able to offer:

  • Full-time management of technological facilities;
  • Upgrading of facilities;
  • 24-hour garrison services as well.

INSTALLATION

Installation

Crim has the necessary requirements for the work of installation of air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and technological systems to be carried out in a workmanlike manner. Crim will carry out the services at its own expense by employing appropriately titled professionals who will process all the necessary technical and administrative paperwork following the process until the completion of the procedure.

CONDUCTION

Conducting

The Service includes: the Conduction of Steam Thermal Power Plants, heating plants, air conditioning plants, with daily or continuous cycle garrison service. Conduction Service for Thermal Power Plants with 72h exemption ((Directive 97/23/EC, Legislative Decree 93/2000, D.M.329/04, technical specification UNI-TS 11325-3 of 2018). The assigned personnel are employees and have the certificate for the conducting of steam generators with a license of I°-II°-III°.

UPGRADING

Redevelopment

Crim has the necessary requirements for the work of upgrading the Thermal and/or Technological Power Plants in a workmanlike manner. Crim will provide for the execution of the services at its own expense by employing appropriately qualified professional figures who will process all the necessary technical and administrative paperwork, following the process until the completion of the procedure.
